- Handle customer queries and concerns via calls in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer issues within defined timelines
- Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution of customer concerns
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
- Recent 1-3 years of experience in Voice process.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
